I'm pulling for you Grime5!
I started searching my first box last night, and pulled out of Mercury and a silver Roosevelt, along with a couple of nice dimes I needed for my album. Only half way through.

Well, you have 5 working days to get 6 dimes... I think you can do it. Keep the faith!
And Jaunty_Turtle, nice finds... FYI, I plan to do a lot more dimes in 2018 as the 2009-dated coins have been next to impossible to find for me (far harder than the 2009-D nickels, though somewhat easier than the 2009-P nickels)...

Went to the bank today to get my second box! I got it home and there were all 2017P, looks like they're straight from the mint. What advice can you veteran roll hunters give me concerning what I should do with these. I'm thinking of just taking them back to a different bank, but wanted to double check.

Jaunty_Turtle, it really depends on your banks and the relationship you have with the tellers and/or managers at them. My banks know I don't like new coins, so they often will let me open the boxes while there. You may be able to take it back to that bank. It just all depends.

 w/ John77, open them suckers at the bank. I always have and likewise the bank I get mine from know also It's gotta be dirty but not a customer wrapped roll. (They're always short or have been searched well). Bringing the tellers a box of donuts every so often doesn't hurt matters either! Find those sweet ones and they are well worth following from branch to branch too...  |

The big question on my mind is: What is Grime5 going to set for his 2018 goal?
I'm still thinking about if I want to set a goal myself. I'm considering shooting for 50...
