Generally as soon as the 10th copper is paid for the silver goes up for auction in a matter of hours. Assuming I'm not out of town.

Still holding at 8 Several people have told me I supposed to be taking things easy and enjoying my retirement. So I'm considering closing this project.
I would be open to suggestions on how to divest the rest of the copper and silver tokens. I'm not interested in making a profit. The intention was to help fund ccf. Though I do still have several hundred dollars of costs to recoup from the manufacturing .
So would need a way that would be of maximum benefit to ccf.

For the silver ones, considering offer them first to folks who have previously purchased a copper one.

Your should be enjoying your retirement - I just (as of yesterday entered retirement myself) and I plan on taking it easy and just doing projects around the house and some travel.
I have a copper CCF token from you, but I would enjoy having a matching Silver one to display at some point. so when you figure out how you want to disperse the rest of your tokens, plese let us know.

I've been toying with the idea of running silver auctions Only open to those who have a copper. Then maybe having a copper sale after each silver auction. Would this be a fair way ? I figure selling all the silver will net ccf about $500 after costs. That should allow me to donate the remaining coppers to ccf to use as prizes, awards etc.

I acquired a copper ages ago. I'm curious how many copper and silver you had made originally? How many copper and silver have been sold to date?

I have 18 coppers left I think the original mintage was like 120 but there have been several natural disasters in houston and several got damaged/destroyed the silvers were kept in a safe so they faired better. I think the original mintage was 25 with two test pieces. 7 I believe have found homes. I could dig through records from a decade ago but I don't feel inclined at this time. I did keep a spreadsheet of costs.
