There is a collector (and no, I don't remember his name) who is searching for a specific run of mismatched serial #s.
When I posted that I had seen one at a coin show, he looked me up and called me at home on a Saturday to follow up.
In good condition, they sell for a sizable price. Not sure about this condition, but it might be worth having it certified.

With mismatched serial numbers, I really like to check them with a 10x loupe.
Can't see any problems with the picture presented here.
