They both look uncleaned to me. I think they have that R&B 63/64 look and are nice examples. I wouldn't be ashamed if they were mine!

Looks both AU and not cleaned, perhaps AU-58 for the 1909 and AU-50 for the 1928. I can't tell if there's wear on the 09. Honestly the 09 could be an MS60/61 BN.
