the reverse is reading VG8 overall a nice circulated coin

Thanks BadThad. It amazing how far the opinions vary. Anywhere from VG8 to F15. Grading is very subjective.

i took another look at this one. I think you are correct with your assessment grade of Fine. I think the lower portion of the rev is somewhat strike related. there is good separation of the collar. which you would not see on a VG coin. I actually think it's between 12 and 15 for a grade.
