there is a fine line between MS62 and MS63. I'm at MS62 on this coin and here is why I'm holding back on a 63. the number of field scuffs and missing areas of luster on the obv, softness in the head, hand and feathers, the weakness of several of the sun rays and an MS63 should show stronger unbroken luster than I'm seeing on the obv

Reverse seems much nicer on this one. Can't tell if some of the marks (cloudiness) on the obverse are on the holder or the coin. MS-63-

It's a ms63. It does have cartwheel luster but it has a slight darkish tone so it may be hard to see.
