there is like a second chin on the portrait and like an extra piece of metal under the nose, do you think this an error ?

Have a search through the Heritage Auctions archives for that year and variety. They usually have good images to compare.

I have seen this before in large cents produced in the 1830's. I have an 1833 large cent that looks similar. I believe the CC said it was Machine Doubling.
