Need Help With 1971 Washington Quarter

What first catches my eye is directly under the bust, but the whole thing just looks off to me and I am just learning about coin collecting. Thank you! Sorry, maybe I'm being dense, but I don't see anything directly under the bust. The only thing I see is that the cutout of the coin is slightly off center (I see a pretty bold edge on the bottom, but not the top). Unfortunately, that is pretty common, and it may just be the angle of the picture. That's my opinion, but lets wait and see what the experts say.
