Sorry, I didn't notice it hadn't been answered already.

#2 is also Chinese, but older than #1, from the Kang Xi emperor (spelled K'ang Hsi in the old style used by Krause), mintmark "He" in Manchu and Chinese, cast in Kaifeng, Henan province in the period 1667-1670. Catalogue references are Krause KM#329, Hartill 22.107, Schjoth 1434.
