Can't tell without seeing the reverse, but it looks like there is a grayish mark well below the bow tie?

And there looks like a rim ding at 6:00.

Plus a nick on his cheek and a few other specs and streaks on it.

So no, it doesn't grade MS-67. Maybe a 65, but more like a 64.
