Date looks normal to me and it looks like the statue took a hit to me.

Thanks John, one more question. I just weighed this penny and it weights 3.26 grams. Any ideas as to why this might be?

It's a bit on the heavy side but within the normal range for copper cents.

Mint tolerance is +/-.13g so it is a little heavy but I don't know if that would give it a premium or not.
