I picked this up from a yard sale with a few rolls of wheaties, but doesn't match any on coppercoins.

There are so many for 1959 that I'm not even gonna try. But, I know they don't have pics of all of them on CC either. Nice find !

PS...it would have helped had I looked at the correct year

Looks like and overmintmark. The D seems to be doubled. I'm no expert on error coins, but I like errors a lot.

Thanks, After carefully looking through my Loupe I believe I have identified the markers for 1955D-1MM-006. Sometimes the glare of the camera makes it hard to see them.

Not an over MM but an RPM. On over MM would be for example an S over a D, it is an RPM of a D over a D. Nice find.

Take a look at the 016.
Seems to match the position of the m.m. under the date also.
Yours might be a different die state.
