I have a 1937 British half penny and it has a clear as die die mad dot on the left side by the sail does anyone know what type that is I took it to a coin show and they were stumped and could not find it in the book or anything they said blog it could be very rare so tryin to figure it out please help
I have seen that before, and it was the same date. I can't recall any info about it though. I did spot this on the net, its a 1937 hp rev with a mark in roughly the same spot. Stick it in a 2X2 and store it away for future reference.
