Obverse is nice!But too much wear on the reverse for VF.
F15 IMO
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Agree with DBMs remark that the reverse isn't VF, but since most emphasis is usually on the obverse, and I think it's a strong VF, I'll go VF-20.
