I have this coin. It weights 5,25 g (normal weights 6,1 g) and it lacks outer rim. I actually don't know how a copper-nickel coin looks like on the inside but I think that those marks on the edge indicate someone had fun with tools. What do You think?

Yep, it's been filed down. Perhaps to try to fool a vending machine into thinking it was a more valuable coin.

This derimming of the Hungarian 10 Forint must have been a popular "hobby" over there. I just checked a lot and found 52 derimmed coins and only 1 regular
