I came across this 4 reales cob on tonights' auction (Nr.18, lot 1121): I don't think the description is correct (Potosi, Philip IIII, KM17B).
Could this be KM33.5 (Toledo, Spain, assayer P, 1621)?

Ahhh, I don't have my catalogs with me (am at the office)
Indeed, there is something wrong, you have the Portugal escudo in the middle of the shield - this is a continental cob.
Potosi has no essayer P for that period at least, the only candidat is indeed Toledo.
I don't know all the variants, but usualy the small circle is above the T from the mint mark - but I suppose it's normal :)

Mint is easy : it's Mexico.
Looks like a 2 or 4 reales (weight will tell).
Clearer picture is necessary to know if it's genuine and to see possible details (it looks OK at least).
