Checked the Franklin Lovers site and they list two 1953-D Bugs Bunny Franklins but this coin is different than both of those varieties. Welcome the opinion of the others about this coin.

Early die state clash? He also has 3 scratches on his eye. Die cracks? Got in a fight and has a bloody nose.

The horizontal lines on Ben's cheek and nose, are die wear/deterioration.
The vertical lines are coin contact. The mark under the nose might be a die clash from a partial rotated die. I disagree with the grading on this coin. So buy the coin, not the plastic it is housed in.

Bugs Bunny Franklins are not varieties, they are die stages.
