There are two popular grading companies. They are PCGS and NGC. ANACS is a trusted one as well, but not as popular.
As far as grading goes, you can go to the PCGS website and they have some good videos. I would also recommend searching this site. Lot of good information on here for you to become an informed coin community member.

I think I read that ANAC is the only one that doesn't require paying for a membership. I'm probably only going to want to grade 20-30 coins, one time. A paying membership doesn't sound worthwhile from that aspect.
