What am I missing here. Mint reports 10000 limit and 1 per household. How is it then the coin is all over the place for for sale (won't post links but easily found).

What gives?

I agree and wouldn't bat an eye if it was ebay but its some bigger commercial sites so I was surprised; they must have a lot of PO boxes :)
