coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 12/15/2021 3:30 pm If the obverse is not pushed out opposite that area, it might be a damaged planchet coin. But seeing the opposite side would help. (also the weight. If the weight is normal, it maybe a struck through. If the weight is a bit less, then it could be a planchet issue.
