1944 And 1946 Cents Opinion Wanted

Here are two coins I just found. Both circulated and worn quite a bit. I have tried getting a good pic of the 1944 but just can't get one. What do you all think?

1944 - odd '44' is damage, thickness, or doubling (PIC#1)
1946 - RPM tilted, can see split top serif (PIC#2)

The 1944 is master die doubling which is common for that years coins. (Check page 124 in the "Looking through Cents " Book By Coppercoins.) The 1946-D Looks like a RPM.

Thanks coop. I figured the 1946 was a RPM but was very confused on the 1944 because there are a lot of different thickness types that year.
