Has anyone seen any of the standard 2026 coins (beaver, bluenose, caribou, loon, polar bear) in circulation yet? I know they have released circulation strikes in mint products but I haven't seen any come through banks or retail transactions.

Seems odd that we are half way through the year and we have only seen commemoratives in circulation. Is demand really that low? Will it be a low mintage year?

I'm in QC, and rarely see any of the new circulation commemorative here, They seem to pop up months after their initial release, probably from change from other provinces.

I'm still hoping for a "First Strike" release, even at this late date - could it be that the demand for new coinage is slowly diminishing
