It has some type of minor residue, would you recommend I send it in to be conserved?

I'm not going to attempt a grade - Buffalos all look the same to me.

Definitely invest into a trip to NCS/NGC. It's not like you're into it for a pile of money anyways.

Looks like consensus grade is EF-40....but I admit to not being sharp on grading buffalos. There are too many striking variables.
