A friend of mine has this and neither he nor I can figure out what it is supposed to be. Can anyone help? Would also like sources of info and/or references if possible. I personally am thinking it is a reproduction of some kind. Thanks in advance for any help.

Capped Liberty like their centavos, but a stylized version of the 10 decimo.
I don't know, but pretty neat.
