This coin is not genuine. date is all wrong and profile ect ect. whats the weight? even the reverse has no " E pluribus unum" on a ribbon. It is completely missing.

? Certainly looks genuine to me, not being an expert. There is no ribbon on the reverse of the 1834 cbq. I say a nice original VF-25 or so.

that is a capped bust half. Nod posted a Capped Bust quarter, as evidence by the title and the 25c on the reverse.

The reduced size Capped Bust quarters (1831-1838) don't have E Pluribus Unum on the reverse. In the F/VF range

You've a most impressive collection of this issue, noD. This one (for the membership, I'm sure you know) is the Browning-5, by far the scarcest variety for the year. Of 502 auctions of this year in the Heritage archives, only 5 are B-5. I have this one at VF20, I think.
