Cool. Quick search and I can only find the RPM-001 but it's to the south.

Looks like die abrasion that reduced the edge of the mint mark device. With a little metal removed from the die, a raised area starts to appear. But it is not like a RPM. They should be stronger and more raised as the die was indented with a punch.

Note strength that should appear. Sometimes it is weaker, but wider in size.
