There is no large 4 variety, it only exists on coinsandcanada website, something was lost in translation from French.
There is a thick 4 variety which yours is not.
Although that site is a great source of online info for Canadian coins it is chock full of errors and omissions.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Yes, yours is not a "fat 4"(which I think CaC means by large 4 ... meaning a thicker, fatter font on the 4 when it was recut/repunched. I agree with DBM in that the CaC coinsite is rife with errors. I think that people submit coins to be included there with their own name for the variety/error and no one doublechecks if the variety/error is valid or if there is any kind of population data to back up what has been posted. I find their prices on some of the more modern coins are way out of whack.
