1979 & 1981 Type II Proof Sets>I'm Confused?.?/?

I have wondered a while..which coins denote a type II set.

From what I know it's the SBA clear S that carries the bulk of the value of a type II, BUT I see seller saying "1981 Type Proof Set with Clear S Lincoln" is this a scam?

Isn't the value in the SBA primarily.

Do all 6 coins have to have a clear S to make it a type II or just one coin?

Please help me with this and clarify for me.
Also anyone that has a great picture of the clear and non clear variety pics would be appreciated!

For 1981, the Type 2 SBA is known is "the big one" but the Lincoln has a hefty premium and the half has a decent premium as well. If someone is calling a 1981 proof set a "Type 2", then all of the coins should have the type 2 mint marks. Otherwise, it is just a proof set with one or more Type 2 coins. The "filled" and "clear" descriptors work much better for 1979 than they do for 1981- in 1981 it is more of a difference in serif shape.
