It looks like MD to me, not a doubled die.

There is a minor DDO at work. Only visable on the middle serrifs of the W in WE. No premium.

When looking for DDO Kennedy's, my eyes always go to the right leg of the "R" in TRUST first.

GrapeCollects, what you're seeing is MD on the word WE, look at the left vertical and you can see the reduction. I see what you're getting at with the serifs but I think that also came from a loose die or contact marks or may even be the lighting. But I do not think the are split from being doubled.
