Hi All,

Well I think I have a DDO, unfortunately, the coin is very coarse looking...oh well.

I tried to match it to the others I saw online but it does not seem to quite match any listing.

All comments are welcome. Is this my first find? I hope so!

My initial reaction is Machine Doubling.

OK thanks Dearborn. I looked at others and it seemed to share split serifs in date as well as shape of G in God and bottom of L in Liberty. So I thought I might have something!

Compare the size of the letters to another memorial. Are the shelf and letter combined the same size as the normal coin? Then it's Machine Doubling. A true DDO would make the letters larger than an ordinary coin.
