Hi everyone hope all is good I found this quarter today and it looks like something that in between the dye and the planchet And was hoping somebody could give me some more information thanks

Not an error, It has been damaged. Someone has intentionally scratched it.

Are those linear features raised, or sunken (incuse)?

I thought they were raised but with the other comments I'm realizing they are just scratches thanks everyone
