2009 $1 Dollar Bill Has Unusal Serial Number, 1 Digit Missing, & Appears To Have 2 Digits Missing

I just got back from a friends home, he has a microscope and I was able to take a closer look at the note. Now one can see very well that this bill for sure has been manipulated. I was able to see some ghosting left of some of the old serial numbers. I could also see in the area of the serial numbers some heavy wear, where it appears someone spent a lot of time rubbing or scraching on the material. I will just hold on to it as a Novelty item. Never seen anything like this before. Would have been awesome it was a real error. How cool would that have been! Thanks to everyone who chimed in.
