Is A 1923 S Lincoln Wheat Cent / LWC Really A Key Date?

BH1964 Bedrock of the Community United States 10982 Posts	Posted 06/04/2009 11:10 pm It looks VG to me. The 1923-S Lincoln had a mintage of 8,700,000 and is not a key or semi-key date.
