1987 P Quarter Die Damage Or Human?

About 99% of anomolies are on a coin are damage, not an error. Suggest you study on how coins are struck and what an actual error is. If they are valuable, just looking for fair price and a home where they would be given the due they deserve. Also not here trying to get rich at all.
