Here's quite a scarce coin. PCGS population estimate is 80 surviving pieces in all grades, and only 2 known in mint state. This one has lots of small contact marks but no serious hits. NGC graded it a s problem-free. What do you think?

Only gets a VF-35 from me, I might be way off but these are tough in PCGS maybe NGC is kinder to them?
