Just wondering your opinions on them. What exactly do you use them for? Are they reliable for prices, and/or for how long as I've read and heard where they lose reliability the day they are produced. And I can never remember which is which - is it RED for collectors and BLUE for Dealers? And is that Buying or Selling, or Both? Cain't wait to read your replies! Report this Post to the Staff

Use them as a guide, something like grey sheet is a better bet for dealer pricing but grey sheet is expensive. A bit of history, some grading information, mintage numbers, etc. Information on nearly all, if not all U.S, coin series, a must have for collectors. Now that the Red Book is part of the Greysheet publishing network, their prices are fairly accurate for the retail market at the time of publication. Report this Post to the Staff
