They are a plated base metal and don't have a lot of value, but do to the poor quality metal, aren't particularly easy to find in nice condition. Report this Post to the Staff

Who knows, after 10 years maybe a few more have been uncovered. Interestingly, the one shown on Numista also has roller marks but they are going in the opposite direction. lahave56 Valued Member Canada 199 Posts	Posted Today 1H 13M ago Thanks HondoB my understanding is that the roller marks are caused by bits of stuff present on the roller or stock that get pushed along creating scratch like defects on the stock.
