The forum has helped me before, maybe you all can help with this one.

I think it is a Bank of Communications 10 Yuan from 1914, Pick number 118. It does not seem to match any of the descriptions 100%.

Please help.

My old (1986) edition of Pick lists three varieties for Shanghai: green, red with black "Shanghai" and signatures, and red with blue "Shanghai" and signatures. It's a bit hard to tell from the scans, but I think your note is the "blue Shanghai" type. At least, it looks bluer than the serial numbers do.
