Never had much confidence in my Ptolemaic attributions

Eagle wings spread standing left on Thunderbolt
41.84 grams 38mm

Low relief style portrait
I have several Ptolemy bronzes
But this one is quite different
Thinking it came out of some other mint than Alexandria ?
Tyre perhaps ?... no control marks in field
The monogram is difficult to read
A Delta perhaps ?
Retrograde PΠΥE ?
