Thank you, snailking1.  The picture of the collar and side isn't the best. If you look at the last picture on the ebay listing, you can see the Partial Collar error much better.

 I better start putting questionable collars to the side! Eventually I'll learn if they are anything good

That's a nice, clean example of a partial collar error.

If you see any questionable coins with possible Partial Collar errors, put them to the side.  Thank you, Brandmeister!  It's a great example of that error.
