First: A nice Struck Through Grease
Second: Looks strange to me!
At first I thought it had roller lines, but they go in different directions so I am assuming polishing marks, even though there are lines on the devices in relief. But it has an almost frosted look to it. Not sure if I was able to get the pics to display the look very well. It is on both the obverse and the reverse. Sort of looks like the coin was minted with all the polishing dust still covering both dies.
I've seen nickels with a frosted look, but not any SBA's before.
Any thoughts or experience with this?
As always: Thank You!

Field Restricted Struck Through? That might explain the weird lines and appearance. https://www.error-ref.com/field-res...ough-errors/

The weird lines could be roller lines. they are mirror match from obs to rev. which they should be as the metal sheet passes between the dimensioning rollers.

and nice struck through.
