This looks like a nice coin.
There are a lot of things going on with the coin. It is definitely later die state, with the obverse and reverse die cracks and heavy metal flow lines. There has been quite a bit of die clash polishing, which explains the abraded shield and head. The strike is on the weaker side.
The photos are a bit tough for close evaluation, but this looks better than EF to my eyes. Considering the clash polishing, strike, and die state, I think the obverse is on the AU-50/AU-53 bubble, and the reverse is AU-50. Just based on these photos, I'd net it to AU-50. Others may well see this one differently.
I see some surface scratching on the devices, which suggests an older cleaning. It may be market acceptable, though. The photos aren't sharp enough to tell that part.
The spot on the obverse rim below the first "9" in the date and on the eagle's inner right wing (our visual left) need to be examined in hand. They could be the start of some corrosion, and that would raise the question of conservation. I don't see any serious concern from the photos, but it's always something to examine closely if you get the coin in hand.
If you examine this coin, look carefully at the mint mark. Altered (added) mint marks exist for this date. I don't think that's the case here, but the photo just isn't quite clear enough to see the area around the mint mark.
