1885-Zs Mexico - 25 Centavos W/Arcing Die Crack, Tilted & Re-Punched Reverse Die

Purchased this in a bulk lot and thought it was simply worn at first, but looking at the denticles, it appears as though the reverse die was rather tilted. Some of the letters and numbers have been re-punched as well.

Then I noticed that nice die crack

That re-punched "T" (T over I?) looks like a cartoon of a body-builder, flexing Charles Atlas style.
