It looks like a die chip in Lincoln's hair. The coin doesn't appear to have any contact marks.
I search for similar coins online, but didn't find any. I am guessing it is not significant enough to get mentioned. What do you think?

I cannot tell if it is an IDB (interior die break) or an RIDB (retained interior die break) but there is no listing for either. Maybe send pics to JC at Cuds on Coins and see what he says.

Nice cracked skull!

Don't see many of these on the zincolns.

As suggested by "makecents", I corresponded with JC Stevens. Here is his definitive responds...
Definition: A small piece (less than 4 square millimeters) that falls out of the die face and has no direct connection to the design rim. The missing piece leaves a void in the die face into which coin metal flows. As a result, the coin shows a featureless lump in the affected area.
If it was larger than 4 square millimeters it would be an IDB.
Regards,
JC Stevens

Sorry it was not large enough for a listing. Keep up the search and in time, you will find many things.

Thanks for following up too.
