Two interesting coins from two separate Coinstars: a beat-up 1948-D dime (silver!) plus a 1966 nickel in exceptional condition. It looks like a choice proof, even though I know they didn't make proof sets for 1966. Can I safely assume this is a Special Mint Set coin? Looks special to me.....

Quote: Can I safely assume this is a Special Mint Set coin? I have to say yes! Probably deserves its own post in the US Modern forum.
