1897 O And 1921 D Morgan Dollars - Coin Community Forum

HalfDollarDave Valued Member United States 79 Posts	Posted 07/16/2011 10:38 am Went to an estate sale this morning and picked these bad boys up for $28 a piece. I am not a Morgan guy, but for that price I really couldn't resist. I know they're common dates, but I think I'm going to throw them on ebay and see if I can make a few bucks profit. Here's the 1897 O: Unfortunate rim ding and spots on the back, but it has great luster and I'm pretty sure it has original surfaces. I'm thinking high EF-40's, maybe into the AU-50's. Here's the 1921 D: Luster's very worn, and Lady Liberty has taken quite a hit to the nose. I'm thinking around VF-30's. What do you guys think? Report this Post to the Staff
