Pulled this out of a $50 bag from my bank today. Definately looks like copper Cud with another type of metal on top of it? Kinda new to this, so looking for input on this one. I can see the 1 and part of the 9 on top of the "copper Cud", but the other two numbers are covered by the zinc(?)metal. Thanks! Bill

Wow, am I a rookie! It was GLUE! Thought I found my first Cud. Oh well, that's why I posted it here, and got the correct answer. Thanks folks. Oh, by the way, once I removed the "cud-glue" it's a 1990 D! LOL Back to my bag of pennies. Good luck hunting everyone!
