Today's mail call, forgot all about these bids until I got the "Congrats you won..." emails. 5-1959 MS-64 25¢ (1 album upgrade/ 4 gifts?) 2 upgrades 4 the Jeff Album (63 n 84D) 2 Jeff proofs (61 n 64) (starting that run) Finally 3 KHDs all 2014 (P n D High relief clad + 14D silver High relief) Now just need to figure out where to place them in the 8167 Album. Guess I'll have to buy a blank page and label.
Without further ado Thanks for viewing, make it a Great Weekend Everybody

Well, it's been about four months since I had anything to post here!
Seller's photos of a 1983-P US Mint Souvenir Set I just bought.

I'm hoping some of the coins look better in-hand, the Cent looks toned.
And the envelope has a small gouge. But these don't show up often at a good price, so I couldn't resist. There's another one currently offered that doesn't even have an envelope and 46% more is being asked.

So, with this addition, my US Mint Set collection is lacking only 1976 to be solid from 1959 through 2026. All-Members,-Post-Your-Most-Recent-US-Coin-Purchases!
I haven't got the 1976 Mint Set yet because I haven't seen it offered at a reasonable price. I do not consider $26 delivered to be a reasonable price for that set.

Great addition Vector Ze and cool case you got for them.
I can only assume the 1976 prices are crazy because the SemiQ is trickling over to the bicentennial ones. People trying to get both or sellers just jacking up the prices because of it.

Thanks, y'all!

I like the cases. They were sold as storage for 5x7 photo prints. But, they were clearly designed for a lighter load, and have to be handled carefully for the weight I've put in them, LOL.

That could be a recent factor. I've been watching for a few years, though.
I believe most sellers are banking on the common misconception that 1976 represents an especially collectible year. I've got the Set in my saved ebay searches at a price I'll pay. That's how I snatched this 1983-P Souvenir Set, it took months for one to turn up at my buying price.
