Thanks. This too is unlisted in Kelly (close S/N 658 is shown as AU). Thinking there may be more out there is this grouping.

I think this is Series 1880 United States Note F29 Bruce Gilfillan Large Brown seal in an honest "Good" condition. I sent it to auction and it did not sell. So I have it back.  I also ended up with these 10 consecutive 1976 Philadelphia Crisp Neff Simon Two dollar bills C 05013830 A through C 05013839 A that went as low as $20.00 but nobody bought them? Hey that's 5 free holders there and you can pay your bill at checkout with the $2.00 bills.    and then these two Silver Certificates in respectable circulated condition came home when nobody bid $4.00. 1935 E Priest Humphrey ( no motto ) and 1957 Priest Anderson ( with motto )   |

TNG - Bad Day at Black Rock.  tech - Nice addition. I don't think radars mean much in NBNs. Wheat - Not sure. Based on the closeness of Steve's CU 63 reference (S/N 654) and the AU shown in Kelly (S/N 658), I think their may well more high grades out there in that range. |

Picked up this 1928-C deuce yesterday, fairly common but in nice condition with cherry red details. This Julian/Morgenthau sig combo would have been printed in the late 1930s. Good value, I thought, at around $165.  |

Nice additions everybody. About two years ago in our nations capital the BEP decided it would sneak in a very short run of 5,000 sheets of replacement star notes hoping no one would notice. In May of 2015 the BEP printed over six million Atlanta one dollar star notes, then in June 2015 they printed these. The first run you see all the time on ebay being sold as singles, consecutives, and packs of 100. Run #2 (250,000) you rarely see. I got this pair in the mail today and am pleased with the centering.  |

Picked this up over the weekend. Common note, but this shows super colors, great embossing, and virtually perfect centering on both sides. It's always a gamble, of course, but I think this has 65 or even 66PQ potential. Raw notes are like a roller coaster ride - when you score a hit on submitting to TPG, it's a great rush. We'll see!  |

Well that sucks, my first try at the "new and improved" Image Optimizer. Believe it or not, I was actually patient in saving this camera image, which I leave up for a laugh. My efforts to scan and save images have not worked well. Anyone out there willing to help me learn this process please send PM.  |

Mr.Frog, have you ever tried a flatbed scanner?
Edited to add; A quite attractive note sir. I've found the "money" shot on most large size FRN's is the back of the note.
