Nice Fr-871b, looks mid-VF, congrats. Amazingly, bought the same note just two weeks ago!

That '28 Dallas $5 is very nice - how do you grade it?

Sweet notes both of you ^^ I have bought a couple more fractional notes, one has pin holes and the other isn't particularly well cut but it is the green seal one and a good price. Sellers pictures... Tried to buy 6-7 fractionals from a US seller, seems to have decent prices and they look tidy, I messaged him asking for a discount and if he can combine postage etc and he hasn't got back to me... maybe I will spend the money on gold instead.

Coingfrog asked: Quote: That '28 Dallas $5 is very nice - how do you grade it? Cataloged as 'choice crisp uncirculated'; may send it to a TPG but probably not.

In regards to the pic of my found notes a while back... @SteveInTampa - You read that right, I was writing the info on the actual notes but I'm going to start putting them in sleeves with the info on the sleeve. @Coinfrog - Thanks for the compliment. I have a knack for spotting them it seems. Or just luck of being in the right place at the right time. Sorry for the delayed responses! Picked this up the other day. not the greatest condition but I think it still has nice eye appeal and I feel I got a decent deal on it. Some staining but no holes or tears.

Nice to see a scarcer large size note in here! Nice note -- not the greatest condition means it has character.

tech - Not sure it's worth having the Dallas $5 graded given those margins.
Flick - Very nice, Wheat is right - we don't see enough of these!
